Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Custom items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged
• If your order arrives damaged contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue and we will replace the item or issue a refund.
• If you are returning an item that was not damaged or defective upon receiving it the cost of shipping it to you will be deducted from your refund.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment within 3-5 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• To Start a return email us at bill@billsboards.us with your item number, and a brief description of the issue. We will replay with instructions.
• Since each Cutting Board I make is unique exchanges for an identical board are not possible.
